Scott spent the last 15 years working for a Microsoft Consulting firm where he was a Partner. Prior to that he was at Microsoft for 8.5 years and before that 9.5 years at Lotus/IBM.

For fun Scott likes to cook, play volleyball and rides a Trikke. For the last 20 years, he has been coaching a disabled swimming team.
